How to exclude the images created by the ACF cropping plugin from optimization

You can exclude the images generated by the ACF cropping plugin ( Advanced Custom Fields: Image Aspect Ratio Crop Field) by adding the following line in the Exclude patterns field from Settings > ShortPixel > Advanced:
