ShortPixel Adaptive Images not working on AMP sites

You have probable noticed that ShortPixel Adaptive Images (SPAI) is not working correctly on AMP pages. Basically, your images will not be optimized nor served from our CDN. The reason why that's happening is because AMP pages do not load custom JavaScript by default, which means that neither SPAI nor any other plugin that relies on JavaScript will work out of the box.

If you must use AMP, then your solution will be to stop using SPAI and switch to ShortPixel Image Optimizer, that will optimize your images on the background.
